When we carry out our assignments, we do it with our unique method, Re: 3+, which is a hybrid of a business plan and profile analysis. The method is divided into 3 steps:

    • Analysis of the clients business situation​

    • Defining the clients short and long term targets

    • Defining the optimal candidate profile

  • The Reaction Report

    • Search and selection​

    • Identify and attract the right candidates

    • First assessment

  • The Result

    • Final assessment​

    • Decision - Who to hire

 

The process is finalised when we have completed the follow up analysis, focusing on the candidate's performance.

  • The Performance Review: A thorough review is conducted 6 and 12 months after the chosen candidate has started their journey

In the process there are three major stakeholders, The Client, The Candidate and The Consultant. In order to ensure total transparency and to achieve a common vision. You need a detailed road map, which is what the Re:3+ method delivers.

 

  • 2 years guarantee: Retention takes full responsibility before, under and after the projects and that is why we offer two years full guarantee. A 2 years guarantee without any restrictions.
